Processing Time

Most orders are hand-packed and shipped by me, just one person running this shop. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

A note about apparel and accessories (merch): These items are produced and shipped by a third-party print partner, so processing times may vary from what I've listed here.

Shipping

I currently ship to the United States only (due to the complications of international shipping).

Most orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground — I use whichever option offers the best rate at the time of shipment. Expect 5–7 business days for delivery after your order ships, though delivery times are estimated by the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

A friendly heads-up: This is a one-woman small business, not a big-box retailer. I'm not able to offer guaranteed 2-day or expedited shipping at this time. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timelines are outside my control.

Tracking information is included with every order. If your tracking hasn't updated within a few days of shipment, don't panic; carriers sometimes experience scan delays. If tracking shows no movement after 7 business days from the ship date, please reach out, and I will make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Because my shop includes a mix of handmade, custom, and third-party-produced items, my return policy varies by product type:

Hand-Dyed Yarn: I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Yarn must be unused, twisted in skein form with its label, and in its original condition. Please contact me before sending anything back so I can provide return instructions. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Stencils: If there's an issue with your stencil order, please get in touch. I'm happy to work with you and issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. I don't accept physical returns on stencils.

Apparel & Accessories (printed merchandise): These items are produced and shipped by a third-party print partner and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me with photos within 7 days of delivery and I'll work with the print partner to resolve the issue.

Color Disclaimer

My yarn is hand-dyed in small batches, which means every skein is unique. Colors may vary slightly from skein to skein and from what you see on screen — monitor settings, lighting, and photography can all affect how colors appear. I do my best to represent colors accurately, but slight variation is part of the beauty of hand-dyed yarn.
